SN100C (032) is a general purpose flux-cored lead-free solder wire that delivers fast soldering with a bright, clean finish. With reduced flux spattering and fast wetting it is ideally suited to robotic soldering. Fast wetting on nickel as well as copper.

Test Method

Simulation of touch up after wave soldering . Flux spattering was measured with tip temperatures of 350°C, 380°C and 410°C

Test Conditions

6mm SN100C (032) 1.0mm diameter wire fed into each joint at a speed of 20mm/s. 5 repeats for each temperature

Solderability Evaluation >>> Excellent wetting of nickel as well as copper substrates.

Flux concentration: 25% solution
Cu plate: (10 × 30 × 0.3 mm)
Immersion speed: 20 mm / sec.
Immersion time: 10 sec.
Immersion temperature: 380℃
